My life coaching services are not therapy, counseling, medical, legal, or financial advice. Coaching is a partnership for personal growth, goal-setting, and practical support—not treatment for mental health issues or professional consultation. Always seek advice from licensed professionals for medical, legal, or financial matters.

All sessions and materials are delivered online. Each program includes the level of support described on the Programs page. Program pricing and duration vary. See my website for up-to-date details.

Payments are made through Stripe in USD. Fees depend on the chosen program or package. Full payment or payment plans are arranged at the time of booking. For refund details, see the Refund Policy.

If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. I do my best to accommodate changes. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.

All sessions are private. I will not disclose personal information or session content unless required by law or with your explicit written consent.

Coaching works best when approached with openness and commitment, but results cannot be guaranteed. The responsibility for progress lies with each client.
